Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Taagui platform, which hosts the Event site through which you place Orders, receive Registrations and take part in prize draws. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

The platform

Taagui provides the technology that connects you to the Event. The Event is responsible for the tickets, schedule, prize draws, customer service, Accreditation and delivery of the announced sessions. Taagui is not the organizer of the Event.

Account and access

You access your account with your phone number and a verification code (OTP) sent to you. You are responsible for keeping your access confidential and for all actions taken in your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Orders and payments

• Ticket prices, availability and conditions are set by the event.
• Payments are processed by Mercado Pago via Pix or credit card. The order is confirmed when the payment is approved.
• With Pix, inventory is held when the charge is generated and released if the payment isn't completed within the time limit.
• With a card, the amount may include installment interest charged by the card company, shown before confirmation.
• After payment, one registration is generated for each unit purchased, and for each one you can then tell us who's attending.

Discount codes

Discount codes the event may offer are subject to the expiration date, minimum purchase amount and usage limit it sets, and may be ended at any time.

Prize draws

Prize draws are run by the event within an Edition. The draw considers Registrations with active Accreditation, and each Attendee may win again when a previous result is discarded, according to the rules of the prize draw.

Refunds

A refund returns the full amount of the Order and must be requested within 7 calendar days of payment confirmation, the period set by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. There are no partial refunds, and no refunds for an Order in which any Registration has already gone through Accreditation. After those 7 days, the Order is non-refundable. Refunds are processed by Mercado Pago and take effect once Mercado Pago confirms them, returning the amount paid through the same payment method. With the refund, the Registrations are canceled, the credentials are no longer valid and the Tickets become available again.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or for purposes that violate the rights of third parties, and not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

Limitation of liability

Taagui strives to keep the platform available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not responsible for the activities, services and information provided by the Event.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the current version, and continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
